Bethany Stringer Falch was born, raised and resides in the St. Croix Valley area. She comes from a background in sales and continuous improvement. She brings many problem solving, negotiating and interpersonal skills acquired in her previous roles to her real estate career. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Her skills in business provide her with insight to effectively manage transactions, negotiations and market properties. She entered the Real Estate world to provide a truly positive, personal experience to her clients. After her own horrific experience, she realized what an important role Realtors play in shaping real estate transactions. Bethany’s goal is to provide her clients with the BEST experience possible from beginning to end. She never pressures to make decisions, keeps them educated throughout the process and always put their emotions and best interest first. She firmly believes that strong communication between the client and agent is one of the most crucial factors to successful transactions and a positive experience. Bethany is married and lives in Stillwater, MN with her husband and two young sons. She spends her free time with her family, enjoying her community and traveling.
